Location Overview:
Set in a well-equipped hospital environment, this unit supports a focused team of nine staff members, including five registered nurses and four technologists, working primarily day shifts. The department operates with cutting-edge Phillips and GE biplane imaging systems and utilizes Meditech electronic medical records to enhance patient care. The unit specializes in neuro interventional radiology with a high volume of neuro procedures, ensuring a fast-paced and rewarding work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform neuro IR imaging procedures with precision and expertise using advanced biplane equipment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Maintain compliance with unit protocols and hospital policies
• Respond to call shifts during after-hours and weekends, providing urgent imaging support

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience required
• Proven skills and hands-on experience in neuro interventional radiology essential
• Ability to work effectively in a specialized angiography/special procedures environment
• Strong knowledge of imaging equipment, especially Phillips and GE biplane systems

Schedule and Work Environment:

• Day shift hours primarily; includes call duties after hours and on weekends
• Dress code: Navy scrubs
