Residential Sales Associate

CertaPro Painters is looking for a motivated Residential Sales Associate to join our team. We have a great team culture and we strive to deliver the best possible experiences for our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business, meeting with potential clients and managing painting projects. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and delivering certainty to our clients.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be self-motivated, an independent worker, a great communicator, highly organized, passionate about helping others, have a strong work ethic and enjoy a team atmosphere. We are looking for an individual who isn’t afraid to work hard, including some evenings and weekends. The right individual will play a key part in the expansion of this company and will have the opportunity to grow as the company grows.

Residential Painting Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Utilize company-generated leads and your own self-generated leads to obtain appointments for painting estimates
• Conduct one-on-one consultations with customers in their homes to provide customized proposals
• Collaborate with potential customers to understand their painting needs and build lasting relationships
• Manage painting projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
• Work closely with Paint Crews to ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate with customers regularly to provide updates through job completion and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Consistently hit weekly appointment and sales goals
• Following up with customers

Residential Painting Sales Associate Qualifications:

• 2+ year degree in a related field is preferred
• Prior sales experience in the construction or painting industry is preferred
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• History of accomplishments and promotions
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
