**About the role** As a **Sr. Big Data Automation Tester,** you will make an impact by designing and implementing advanced machine learning and AI solutions that transform data into actionable insights within the Payer domain. You will be a valued member of our Data Science and Analytics team, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that improve healthcare outcomes. **In this role, you will:** + Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex challenges in the Payer domain, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. + Lead initiatives in natural language processing and deep learning to extract insights from structured and unstructured data. + Collaborate with engineering and business teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems, enhancing performance and user experience. + Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality inputs for predictive modeling. + Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. **Work model** We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
