Maintenance Technician

$23–$25 per hour
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 480-unit community in Virginia Beach. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and takes pride in keeping the property in excellent condition.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
- Handle work orders, unit turns, and preventive maintenance.
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and respond to emergencies as part of the on-call rotation.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of apartment or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in multiple trades.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors.
