Mail It All is a locally owned pack-and-ship store serving the Purcellville community. We’re looking for a dependable Back of House Packer to join our team and help ensure our customers’ items are packed safely and professionally.

Position Details

• Pay: $15–$18 per hour (based on experience)

• Schedule: Part-time or full-time available

• Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older

What You’ll Do

• Professionally pack items for shipment using carrier-approved materials

• Prepare boxes, cushioning, and protective packaging for fragile and high-value items

• Work efficiently behind the scenes to support front-of-house staff

• Maintain a clean, organized packing area

• Follow packing guidelines and quality standards to minimize damage claims

What We’re Looking For

• Previous packing or shipping experience is a plus

• Willingness to train the right person who learns quickly and pays attention to detail

• Ability to lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs)

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
