Neurologist (New Grads Accepted) - Falls Church, VA
Sign-on Bonus Available.
Relocation Bonus Available.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
On-call, weekends, and nights.
This is a 100% outpatient position.
Job Summary :
We are a comprehensive neurological practice seeking dedicated, hardworking, and driven neurologists who are willing to help build their patient following based on their interests and training. All applicants will perform general neurology, with openness to subspecialty training in EEG/epilepsy, sleep, autoimmune neurology, pain, EMG, and movement disorders. Over time, candidates are expected to focus mainly on their field of interest.
General Responsibilities :
- Meet with patients, examine them, and diagnose and treat neurological conditions.
- Order and interpret tests to aid in determining the best course of treatment.
- Learn from and share findings with physicians and contribute to team knowledge.
- Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
- Work with patients and their families to ensure they are well-informed and involved in their care.
- Attend training, seminars, and other continuing education to stay current on trends and techniques.
Requirements :
- Board Certified in Neurology required.
- 1-2 years of experience in neurology settings required.
- New graduates are also accepted.
