KidsWatch Pediatrics and Urgent Care is seeking a Board-Certified Pediatrician to join our expanding team.

We are a new, family-focused pediatric practice built by experienced pediatric providers who believe in compassionate care, collaboration, and connection. Our clinic combines comprehensive primary care with walk-in urgent care , offering families true continuity and convenience - all in one trusted place.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Conduct well-child visits , developmental screenings, and immunizations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses in pediatric patients.
• Provide urgent care services such as laceration repair, minor injury treatment, and illness management - all within the same shift.
• Partner with parents and caregivers to promote healthy lifestyles and preventive care.
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and other providers to deliver seamless, coordinated care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Board Certified in Pediatrics (MD or DO).
• Active Virginia medical license.
• Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to both primary care and urgent care settings.
• Passionate about child health and delivering outstanding care to families.
