We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to work in Dahlgren VA .

Key Responsibilities

Project management support includes activities such as risk, issue, and opportunity management, identification of performance requirements, estimation of project costs, development of project plans, and identification of and achieving milestones throughout the project Life-Cycle, from concept development, and formulation through initial system design, development, deployment, and maintenance. Provide effective management of project(s), project schedule(s), performance, risks, warranties, Sub-contracts, deliverables, and data that enables the successful management and completion of all projects.

Adhere to best practices, frameworks, and methodologies from the most current versions of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®), the DoD Enterprise Service Management Framework (DESMF), the Project Management Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge, and other relevant frameworks and methodologies to manage program tasks ensuring a disciplined and responsive business management approach to end-to-end IT service delivery. Provide expertise and support in accordance with development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) practices and tools, and agile frameworks. Support systems and users operating on unclassified and classified networks. Oversee program and staff to deliver IT support, IT operations, endpoint Life-Cycle support, technical support, IT project management support, IT enterprise architecture support, IT systems engineering support, cybersecurity and traditional security support, and IT operational support to include the following work areas:

• IT Service Management Support
• Contractor Workforce Management
• IT Infrastructure Operations and Administration Support
• Enterprise Architecture Support
• Infrastructure Cybersecurity and Traditional Security Support

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
• IAM Level II certified
• Ten (10) years of professional management experience, with at least five (5) years in the DoD or Navy IT systems.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the DoD or Navy IT systems is required.
• Experience should include administrative oversight handling of DoD contractual matters, corporate management, and ability to provide overall technical, schedule, and cost direction while serving as a liaison between the Government representative and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).

Physical and Mental Qualifications:

• Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours.
• Prolonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard)
• Able to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; good command of the English language
• Execute tasks independently and work as a team.
• Learns and memories routine tasks.
• Strong organizational, grammar, business correspondence, and self-management skills
