As a sales consultant, you will have the opportunity to sell both new and used vehicles. We offer a highly competitive compensation pay plan.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and nurture lasting customer relationships to create clients for life.
• Use your consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and recommend the perfect vehicle.
• Stay on top of product knowledge, the latest features, models, and technologies.
• Perform professional demonstrations and showcase both new and used vehicles.
• Follow up with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Work closely with management to discuss your goals, activities, and performance.
• Bring your A-game to work every day, maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Flexible Schedule: Ability to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Self-Starter Mentality: Be proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to connect with customers and teammates.
• Professional Appearance: A polished, well-groomed look.
• Employment Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record required.
• Virginia Salespersons License: Must pass sales exam to qualify to sell vehicles in the state of Virginia.
• Passion for cars and helping people find the right fit for their needs.
