Sentara CarePlex Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Medicine Unit.
Shift : Nights - 7:00 PM- 7:00 AM
As a Registered Nurse with Sentara, you can excel in your career. There are many different specialties where you can perform and grow your nursing skills in areas of interest to you. License and Certification
Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
Education
RN-Associate's Degree, or
RN-Bachelor's Degree, or
RN-Diploma, or
RN-Master's Degree
Unit Description:
This is a 24-bedunit where we care for patients with a variety of healthcare needs. We are the designated Stroke Unit. We provide for respiratory compromised patients on Bipap, high-flo and/or chronic long term vents. We manipulate and titrate vasoactive infusionsand have bedside monitors. We provide care for patients with DKA, CHF, Pneumonia, and much more.
