Description

Lead, coach and mentor team members • Plans and coordinates work center schedules and manpower requirements according to job requirements • Leads and conducts formal problem-solving training and activities • Reviews relative production reports (productivity, quality, budget, etc) and initiates corrective actions when appropriate • Utilizes visual / shop floor management communications for daily operations • Identifies continuous improvement opportunities to maximize efficiency and productivity of production workers, improve product quality, and reduce costs • Ensures in-process controls are routinely followed to verify product quality standards are met • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety regulations

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong Leadership/Management Skills • Working knowledge in CNC programming • CNC & Manual Machining Experience • Quality Control/Assurance inspection processes. • Strong communication skills (verbal/written) • Manufacturing experience/expertise • Active clearance or ability to obtain one • Ability to read and interpret complex drawings • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Metal Fabrication understanding

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
