Mission Recruiting is partnering with a respected regional defense firm seeking a Workers’ Compensation Defense Associate ready to take ownership of a full litigation caseload. This is a growth-driven opportunity within a stable platform that values long term careers and practical advocacy.
You will manage matters from intake through resolution, working directly with employers and insurance carriers. The role offers meaningful courtroom exposure, direct client interaction, and hands-on mentorship designed to accelerate your development into an independent litigator.
