We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and developing individualized treatment plans for patients with physical injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. You will work closely with an orthopaedic surgeon in an outpatient setting to provide coordinated and collaborative care to patients with orthopaedic injuries and conditions.

Salary commensurate with experience. Potential for productivity bonuses as well.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs

· Provide effective physical therapy treatments that improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life

· Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

· Educate patients and their families on treatment goals, exercises, and home care strategies

· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care

· Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation

Requirements:

· PT education from an accredited program

· Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist

· Proven experience working as a Physical Therapist, with expertise in orthopedic, neurological, and/or sports-related injuries

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively educate and motivate patients

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
