FOH Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Front of House Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our dining room operations. The FOH Manager ensures a seamless, elevated guest experience by managing staff, maintaining service standards, and fostering a culture of hospitality excellence in our upscale casual New American restaurant. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on service management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent, high-quality service and guest satisfaction throughout every shift
• Assist in training new team members on service standards, menu knowledge, and restaurant policies
• Monitor guest feedback and respond proactively to resolve issues
• Maintain smooth communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff
• Oversee reservations, table assignments, and dining room flow
• Manage inventory and ordering of FOH supplies (linen, glassware, condiments, etc.)
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Collaborate with the General Manager and Executive Chef to implement seasonal initiatives and service enhancements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in FOH management or supervisory role in upscale casual or fine dining
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Deep knowledge of New American cuisine, beverage programs, and service standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
