Position Description: The line cook position is critical to the success of the company and plays an integral role in executing an extraordinary guest experience.
Duties include:
•\tMaintain ARP’s quality standards by preparing food using recipes and proper procedures.
•\tAdhere to recipes, proper preparation, and plating techniques.
•\tRestock necessary items throughout the shift.
•\tMaintain strict adherence to proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
•\tAssist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.
•\tEnsure a safe work environment in the Back of House to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.
•\tAssist in building and maintaining a team-oriented workplace by bringing a positive, consistent work ethic and participation level to each shift.
