As a Senior General Manager / Managing Partner, you will lead one of the busiest venues in Norfolk, overseeing operations in a fast-paced environment that thrives on energy, music, and live entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue, labor, and cost management.
• Team Development: Lead and develop a large team across kitchen, bar, floor, and entertainment operations.
• Entertainment Management: Oversee DJ/entertainment programming and manage nightly show flow.
• Guest Experience: Ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and effective crowd management during high-volume nights.
• Marketing Strategy: Drive marketing and promotional strategies in collaboration with brand and event partners.
• Compliance Oversight: Manage licensing, compliance, and vendor relationships.
• Staffing Scalability: Adjust staffing and operations for major sporting events and seasonal surges.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant, bar, or nightlife management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Track record of operating venues with significant surges during sporting events or seasonal demand.
• Strong P&L management skills and a business ownership mentality.
• High energy and hands-on leadership style; comfortable on the floor during peak hours.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and event-driven schedules.
