PT Production Worker

Atlantic Staffing Consultants has a part-time opening for a Production Worker at a Recycling facility in Madison Heights, VA.

What you'll do:

• Work in the metal recycling department

• Clean and maintain the facility yard

• Operate forklift, skid steer, and/or front end loader

• Having the ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot problems and situations

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area

• Performing all duties as designated by the supervisor/manager

• Performing all duties in support of quality and safety policies

• Helping out other departments as needed

We'd love to hear from you if:

• You have at least one year of experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.

• You can easily lift to 50 lbs. as needed.

• You have previously held a Forklift Certification and can safely operate a forklift.

• You can work independently and efficiently with a team, without constant supervision.

• Being reliable, having good initiative, being committed, and being quality-focused.

• You will need to be able to perform repetitive duties, including climbing stairs and standing for extended periods, and be comfortable working in both hot/cold environments, as the facility is non-climate-controlled.

• You will need to provide your own steel-toed work boots.

Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday (Part-time) from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
