Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, providing high-quality meals, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, an understanding of food safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menus.
• Assist in menu planning, ensuring a variety of nutritious options are available.
• Handle food safely and maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen.
• Perform dishwashing duties, ensuring all kitchenware is cleaned and sanitized promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
• Maintain inventory of food supplies and assist with ordering as necessary.
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained properly after use.
  Skills
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable.
• Culinary experience with proficiency in knife skills is essential.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
