Charity Events Assistant - Entry Level

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing charity events and fundraising initiatives

• Support event logistics , including setup, registration, volunteer coordination, and breakdown

• Engage with donors, sponsors, and participants to ensure a positive event experience

• Help create, edit, and distribute event communications and promotional materials

• Track and report on event performance, attendance, and fundraising outcomes

• Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to align events with organizational goals

• Participate in post-event evaluations and contribute ideas for future improvements

Qualifications
