Registered Dental Hygienist
$60–65/hour (negotiable based on experience) Benefits:

Our client is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their modern, team-driven practice. This role offers flexible scheduling (2–5 days per week), opportunities for growth and mentorship, and a supportive culture built around teamwork, appreciation, and patient care. Both part-time and full-time options are available. Job Responsibilities:
• Provide cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive services
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support treatment conversations with clarity and compassion
• Collaborate with dentists and assistants to ensure smooth daily flow Qualifications:
• Active Virginia RDH license
• Strong communication skills and patient-focused mindset
• Dependable, positive, and organized teammate
• Comfortable with patient education and supporting treatment acceptance
