About this Role
CMA is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and enhance the customer buying experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, leadership experience, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.

Salary Description
$100,000 - $165,000 yearly
Requirements
Experienced automotive sales professional with 3–5 years in retail, ideally in an import dealership (Subaru preferred). Proven leadership in a dealership setting, mentoring and motivating teams to success. Passionate about customer service, bringing high energy and a people-first approach. Strong understanding of sales processes, financing, and dealership operations, ensuring efficient and effective sales performance.

- Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies
- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or similar leadership role in a dealership setting.
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes, financing, and dealership operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and dealership management systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
