Fleet Technician
Position: Fleet Technician
1st shift (6am-2:30pm) - $20-25 an hour. (Overtime required)
Job Duties
Help build, modify, and set up company fleet trucks and vans.
Put company decals and stickers on vehicles.
DIESEL MECHANIC EXPERIENCE A PLUS.
Install and repair hydraulic systems.
Run wiring, install APUs (auxiliary power units), and connect tracking/telematics systems.
Do basic mechanical repairs and help find and fix problems.
Move vehicles around the lot as needed (no highway driving).
Work with and assist experienced technicians while keeping up with daily work goals.
Experience / Skill Requirements
• Must be mechanically inclined with previous hands-on experience in tools, repairs, or vehicle assembly.
• Must possess your own tools.
• Hydraulics, electrical, and decal experience highly preferred.
• CDL not required , but is considered a plus. DMV record not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
