Dispatcher Associate

Would you say you have experience providing world class customer service? We have a local company that is in need of a dispatcher. This is a high volume and fast paced environment where you will be working off of 2 computer screens and will be required to multi-task efficiently. You will follow up with customers via phone, email and fax to retrieve any necessary information. If you love problem‑solving and keeping field teams moving, this role is for you. We are hiring a Dispatcher to manage schedules, service calls, and communication across our mechanical operations.

salary: $18 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Perform customer satisfaction calls as assigned.
• Be knowledgeable in priority levels of customers / contracts.
• Attend the on-site turnover meetings for new agreements, as required.
• Assign and schedule all scheduled maintenance calls.
• Schedule and verify completion of all scheduled maintenance calls. Work with the Service Foremen to ensure that all preventive maintenances are performed in a timely manner.
• Schedule qualified manpower to complete each job within the scheduled established time provided.
• Work with the estimator/project sales to ensure technician receives all parts ordered for completion of work. Other Duties/Requirements:

• Coordinate Construction Warranty calls in accordance to procedures established
• strong Organizational Skills
• strong Communication Skills- When in doubt, over communicate.
• Required Computer Skills- MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Timberline- Service Mgmt.
• Ability to write reports, business information and respond to questions from customers, field technicians, and supervisors.

The essential functions of this role include:
