Responsible for maintenance and repair of commercial plumbing systems, water distribution, pumps, valves, and related equipment.
Requirements:
- Commercial plumbing experience.
- Knowledge of plumbing codes.
- Experience with pumps and valves.
- Ability to interpret plumbing drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
Duties:
- Repair plumbing systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Install plumbing fixtures.
- Inspect water systems.
- Respond to plumbing emergencies.
- Maintain service documentation.
