Our Company:
SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services. We are expanding our services with our NEW Roanoke, Virginia location .

Responsibilities:

• Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer information.
• Generate labels for medication dispensing.
• Answer phones and respond to order inquiries.
• Clarify orders as needed.
• Triage incoming faxes.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Virginia Pharmacy Technician (required).
• Previous pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of brand-name and generic medications.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
• Strong multitasking skills and reliability.
• Knowledge of SIG codes.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Computer literate; knowledge of Frameworks LTC system a plus.
