The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials in support of warehouse operations. This role involves handling shipments, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the safe and efficient flow of materials within the facility.

• Perform palletizing, shrink-wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials.
• Move, sort, and store materials in accordance with warehouse procedures.
• Pick up and sort mail from the post office and distribute appropriately.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Prepare shipments and deliveries in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with general labor duties as needed.
• Perform basic vehicle operation and upkeep when required for deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Experience with pallet jacks desirable and record management systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to meet background or security requirements as applicable.

This is a warehouse position requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting. Employees may need to lift or move materials weighing up to 60 pounds using safe lifting techniques. Work may involve pushing or pulling carts, operating equipment, and working in environments with moderate to loud noise levels. Occasional work outside normal business hours (evenings, weekends, or holidays) may be required to meet operational needs.
