This leadership role is responsible for delivering an outstanding member and guest experience while driving operational excellence, team development, financial performance, and service consistency.

What You'll Be Doing :

As the Dining Room Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the dining room while ensuring exceptional service standards, strong financial performance, and a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Lead and manage all front-of-house dining operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Drive restaurant sales, profitability, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase member engagement and attract new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, budgets, and revenue management strategies.
  • Partner with the Executive Chef to develop menus, pricing strategies, specials, and promotional offerings.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage service, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to member and guest feedback.
  • Hire, train, coach, mentor, and develop service team members.
  • Create and manage employee schedules and daily workflows.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and oversee ordering of supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on service excellence.
  • Prepare operational and financial reports as required.
  • Assist team members as needed to ensure seamless service during peak periods.

What We're Looking For :

Qualifications and Key Success Traits

• • 2–4 years of restaurant, club, hospitality, or food and beverage management experience.
  • Proven leadership experience supervising and motivating teams.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting, and revenue management.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
