We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mobile or Office Live Chat Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance and support to customers through live chat on mobile devices or office platforms. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving queries efficiently.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat on mobile or office platforms.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with live chat platforms and basic technical knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
- Proficiency in using live chat software and office applications.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
