What You’ll Do:

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and concerns.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and facilitate their needs.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
• Set up new customer accounts in our ERP system and process orders efficiently.
• Maintain an organized workflow to meet customer timelines and keep our customer database up to date.
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures while embracing any additional tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School diploma or GED; 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
