Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our sales team at Jaguar Land Rover Sales Associate. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the thriving auto industry. As a Jaguar Land Rover Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting the sale of Jaguar Land Rover vehicles at our dealership in Midlothian, Virginia. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary, as well as a commission-based incentive structure. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Jaguar Land Rover product line- Greet and engage with potential customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives with customers, highlighting key features and benefits
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from customers
- Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Handle all administrative aspects of the sale, including processing paperwork and coordinating with finance and insurance departments
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' products and pricing
- Attend training and development programs to continuously improve sales and product knowledge
- Participate in dealership events and promotions to help increase sales and brand awareness Requirements: - College coursework preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales or relevant sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with sales tracking systems
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
