⚠️ Food Manufacturing Experience Required
Candidates must have industrial ammonia refrigeration experience within a food manufacturing environment .
Requirements
-
2+ years of industrial ammonia refrigeration experience (food manufacturing required)
-
Ammonia Certification (GCAP or RETA)
-
EPA Type II Certification
-
Ability to pass respirator fit test, Pulmonary Function Test, and complete 24-hour HAZMAT training
Key Responsibilities
-
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot ammonia refrigeration and utility systems
-
Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
-
Operate spiral freezers and conduct ammonia system pump-downs
-
Maintain safety, GMP, SOP, and PSM compliance
-
Complete work orders and system documentation
Skills

Strong refrigeration and maintenance knowledge
-
Safety-focused with solid troubleshooting skills
-
Able to work independently and in a team
