Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee landscape maintenance operations across multiple departments.

• Manage production, account management, sales, and administrative teams.

• Foster a positive, people-first culture focused on accountability and employee growth.

• Drive operational execution and financial performance across the division.

• Manage budgeting, labor planning, and full P&L responsibilities.

• Partner with ownership on strategic planning and long-term business initiatives.

• Develop leaders and build strong internal talent pipelines.

• Support employee engagement, retention, and professional development.

• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture across all teams.

• Improve operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

• Communicate effectively across a bilingual workforce and customer base.

• Oversee complex multi-team operations while maintaining service quality standards.

Qualifications and Certifications

• Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related service-based industry.

• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and P&L management.

• Proven leadership experience managing and developing large teams.

• Ability to oversee complex operational environments.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Bilingual Spanish-English conversational proficiency required.

• Strong process improvement and operational management skills.

• Desire for long-term leadership growth within a stable organization.
