We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting & HR Clerk to support our Finance and Human Resources operations. Compensation:$16 hourly
Responsibilities:- Properly record financial transactions
- Process payroll to provide payment to employees on time
- Verify accuracy within day books and all ledgers
- Complete bookkeeping duties: Data entry and record maintenance
- Make sure accounts payable/accounts receivable are processed efficiently
- Also responsible to maintain all HR files and process all personnel documentation
- Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required
- 2+ years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a bookkeeper, cost accountant, management accountant, or similar position
- Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
- Must exhibit exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
