Job Description:
The Office Assistant will serve as the right hand to our CEO, managing daily operations, calendars, travel, communications, and high-priority initiatives. This is a high-impact role requiring excellent judgment, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize company-wide meetings, offsites, and leadership events.
- Maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters and exercise sound judgment.
- Handle personal errands and ad hoc requests as needed.
- Track tasks and priorities for the CEO using productivity tools and project management systems.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- High proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and project management tools like Asana or Notion.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
