At Shalom Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center, we’re looking for a dedicated leader to join our team and help support the financial and administrative operations of our skilled nursing facility.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily business office operations including billing, collections, accounts receivable, and resident trust accounts
• Manage Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and commercial insurance billing processes
• Assist residents and families with financial paperwork and insurance-related questions
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
• Supervise and support business office team members
• Collaborate with Administration, Admissions, HR, and Clinical teams to ensure smooth facility operations
• Monitor aging reports and assist with collections follow-up
• Maintain accurate and confidential resident financial records

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Accounting or related field OR minimum two (2) years of related experience required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Long-Term Care Medicaid experience required
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and commercial insurance required
• Prior skilled nursing facility experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Salary/Wage Range

Compensation for this role will depend on qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies and may fall outside of the range displayed.
