**SPECIAL PROGRAMS SUPPORT SPECIALIST, IMAGERY ANALYST (IA)****Position Overview**Our Client, a leading Government/Military organization, seeks a qualified Special Programs Support Specialist – Imagery Analyst (IA) to support mission-critical geospatial intelligence operations. The selected candidate will provide IMINT/GEOINT analysis with a focus on softcopy still imagery exploitation, analysis, and production in support of high-priority special programs.**Location:** Springfield, VA**Work Type:** Onsite, Permanent**Salary:** $87,000/yr**Clearance Required:** Active TS//SCI with current, adjudicated CI polygraph**About This Role**This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment where analytical expertise directly impacts mission success. You will leverage advanced geospatial tools and multimodal imagery to produce intelligence products supporting critical government initiatives.**Required Qualifications**- Active TS//SCI clearance with current, adjudicated CI polygraph (must have ability to upgrade)- U.S. Citizenship- Minimum 3 years of IMINT and/or GEOINT experience, OR 1 year with relevant degree- At least 1 year of demonstrated experience in softcopy still imagery exploitation, analysis, and production- Completion of a certified imagery schoolhouse (military or equivalent program)- Functional proficiency with ArcGIS or similar geospatial analysis tools- Hands-on experience with multimodal imagery- Subject to U.S. Government background investigation and meet eligibility requirements for classified information access**Desired Qualifications**- BA/BS in Geospatial Intelligence, Intelligence Studies, or related field- GPC (Geospatial Professional Certification)- Experience creating, updating, and maintaining geodatabases- Proficiency with SOM (Specialized Operations Management) tools- Background in Special Operations support- Ability to start immediately**Compensation & Benefits**Compensitive salary with annual reviews and Bona Fide Improvement Plans (BIPs).
