Experienced Tree Climber

Responsibilities

• Perform tree climbing and care tasks, including pruning, trimming, and removal, while adhering to safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly goals and ensure efficient workflow.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
• Uphold Truetimber's core values of Drive, Respect, and Loyalty in all interactions and tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in tree climbing within the Tree Care Industry.
• Willingness to obtain the ISA Certified Arborist Certification.
• Familiarity with ANSI industry standards for climber safety and pruning.
• Valid VA Driver’s License.
• Willingness to obtain a Class "B" CDL License upon hire (training provided).
• Willingness to obtain First-Aid/CPR certification upon hire (training provided).
• Ability to work additional hours during peak seasons or weather-related situations.
• Demonstration of basic climbing skills during the interview process.
