We are currently recruiting for a Systems Engineer with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our team in Northern Virginia to ensure that proper Systems Engineering practices and processes are followed and applied to systems and equipment throughout the development lifecycle, from requirements definition, design & build of the technical solution, integration/verification/validation, and through operations and maintenance of the system. RESPONSIIBILITES:Tasks shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Identify technical, CI, and operational risks and recommend mitigations.
- Study the feasibility and vulnerability of new technical collection capabilities and analyze gaps.
- Assess emerging and commercial-off-the-shelf technologies in support of operational requirements and applications.
- Assess key vulnerabilities and single points of failure and recommend mitigations.
- Evaluate, validate, and analyze technical development compliance with stated requirements.
- Integrate, test, verify, and validate end-to-end systems.
- Current TS/SCI with polygraph.
- Technical undergraduate degree.
- Levels:
- Full Performance – Bachelors + 4 years
- Senior – Bachelors + 8 years
- Expert – Bachelors + 12 years
- Principal – Masters + 16 years
- Degree substitutions permitted:
- 4 years in lieu of a Bachelors
- 6 years in lieu of a Masters
- Degree substitutions permitted:
- Cyber or technical operations experience or a technical graduate degree.
