Duties Performed (but not limited to)

• Lead your Twos classroom with energy and gracemanaging the transition of little learners through multiple programs and spaces within our facility.

• Observe, assess, and document each childs developmental goals and milestones, and communicate those insights clearly and compassionately with parents. Better team Talently ft

• Ensure classroom safety, cleanliness, organization, and adherence to Karter Schools policies and philosophy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Childhood Development, or a closely related field (CDA accepted).

• Warm, energetic, and nurturing communication with children, parents, and staff.

• Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and initiative in managing responsibilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communicationwith the ability to create meaningful parent partnerships.

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)for safety and confidence in any situation.
