Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Support the management team in coordinating staff schedules, training, and development to maintain a motivated and efficient team
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to create a seamless dining experience
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to meet financial targets
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold the resort’s reputation for excellence
- Contribute to the development and implementation of promotional activities and special events

Requirements:- Previous experience in food and beverage management or supervisory roles within a hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree or related certification preferred
