Product Coordinator
- Manage all product samples including but not limited to, overseeing all inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining the sample room and library, and ensuring accurate tracking and organization of all materials.
- Coordinate sample reviews with design and development teams; collect, document, and communicate feedback to suppliers and factories.
- Track sample timelines and requests using the product development tracker and tech packs to ensure updates, comments, and approvals are properly recorded.
- Facilitate communication with factories regarding samples, swatches, product updates, and delivery schedules to maintain alignment on timelines and expectations.
- Support logistics needs including shipping samples to suppliers, customers, and trade shows, and assisting with showroom preparation and photography sample pass-offs.
- Maintain product data by creating and updating item numbers, product records, and master SKU details in the ERP system.
- Generate and manage product documentation such as UPCs, barcodes, and production sticker files for packaging and inventory control.
- Review product specifications and reports for accuracy, ensuring all data is consistent across systems, catalogs, and internal documentation.
- Provide cross-functional support by sharing updated product information with internal teams and assisting with special projects or process improvements as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent working experience)
- 1+ years of experience in product coordination, merchandising, or related role, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); ERP experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through.
- Familiarity with consumer goods production processes is a plus!
