We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator with 3 years of experience in a manufacturing facility or industrial environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining machinery in our production facility to ensure smooth, efficient operations. The Machine Operator will work closely with the production team to meet quality standards and production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor various types of machinery used in the production process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of equipment.
• Perform routine machine checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance, including lubrication, calibration, and parts replacement as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and other production documentation to set up machinery and produce finished products to meet specifications.
• Conduct quality checks during the production process to ensure that the products meet established standards and specifications.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
• Assist in setting up production lines and changing over machines for different product runs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Follow all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and ensure that safety standards are met at all times.
• Record machine data, production output, and maintenance activities as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating machines in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to operate and troubleshoot various machinery.
• Strong understanding of machine operating procedures and production workflows.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
• Ability to perform quality control inspections and ensure products meet high-quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude, including the ability to use hand tools and perform minor repairs.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and the importance of maintaining a safe work environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical certifications or training in machine operation are a plus.
