SCI is enquiring about a Document Scanning Technical Lead who understands the need of Scanned Support to convert hard copy documents into 508-compliant, searchable, compressed PDF files and upload to a secure and designated OneDrive and added specified keywords.
SCI is expecting the Tech Lead will deliver digitization conversion from paper-based records to electronic searchable PDF file(s). Tech Lead will ensure the digitization project tasks are completed in strict conformance and will deliver positive outcomes as requested under Star Communication Inc. (SCI).
Contingent upon the agreement with the client documents can be picked at in a secure vehicle at the clients requested location. Once the record preparation phase is complete, each record file action folder that includes paper files and other sensitive information documents is directed to the Record Scanning Technician Lead
The Record Scanning Technician Lead will process, check and approve to ensure the completeness of the files action folder (including all required documentation based on the page number) needed to continue. Immediately, following this process, the paper-based contract files are routed to the Record Scanning Technician Lead and scanned to ADOBE PDF and indexed according to standard operating procedures of SCI for Indexing.
We will perform a data assessment and aggregation by establishing access to any metadata, documentation, cataloging, or inventory description to be used to facilitate the digitization process. We will coordinate and implement quality assurance, quality control, verification and validation of the records to be digitized or securely shredded.
