Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Management Trainees . This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on training and mentorship in event coordination, team leadership, and operational management. Trainees will gain the skills and experience needed to advance into supervisory and management positions.

What You’ll Do

• Learn and assist in managing day-to-day operations of events and campaigns

• Support team leads in planning, coordinating, and executing events and outreach initiatives

• Supervise and mentor team members as experience grows

• Analyze performance metrics and contribute ideas for improving efficiency and engagement

• Participate in training programs to develop leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution of projects
