Electrical Commissioning QA/QC Inspectors

My client is a top notch Consulting Engineering firm currently involved in the design/build of Data Centers and are looking for Electrical talent that will travel extensively for the Building and Installation process of Data Centers.

• Quality verification inspections and documentation review of the commissioning process for all electrical and/or mechanical equipment during Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 steps of commissioning as identified in the project commissioning plan, specifications, submittals and applicable codes and standards of the project. Deliverables include:

• • Quality verification inspections and documentation review of the commissioning process for all electrical and/or mechanical equipment during Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 steps of commissioning as identified in the project commissioning plan, specifications, submittals and applicable codes and standards of the project. Deliverables include:

  1. L1 FAT/FWT Reports

  1. L2 Torque Logs

  1. L2 Megger Reports

  1. L2 Equipment Receiving and BOL Documentation

  1. L2 Field Installation Reports

  1. L3 PMS and BMS Point to Point Verifications

  1. L3 Energization and/or Functional Test Reports

  • Participate and utilize the software management system and the Project Share Site to post commissioning checklists, readiness evaluation reports, and other records as required by specification.

• Perform commissioning inspections, utilizing checklists or forms in the quality control software system. Inspections shall be performed at major milestones as requested by the PM. Inspections will include specifications and submittals projects; identification and documentation of all deficiencies related to applicable codes and standards.

• 100% travel. On a plane on Monday morning and home Friday afternoon. Want candidates that either hold a Journeymen license or are doing Electrical Commissioning or Electrical QC type work. Previous Data Center experience to the front of the line. Flights, room / board and meals paid for by company.
