Interim Healthcare of SW Virginia is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide home services to clients in their home in the Floyd, VA area.

Work when you want, where you want! Make your own schedule. Excellent pay and benefits available.

• Weekdays/Weekends
• Day hours

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age
• PCA certificate from approved program
• Reliable transportation
• Up-to-date TB test
• Ability to pass criminal background check

Essential Functions:

• Assists clients with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, and ambulation.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping.
• Helps with medication reminders, healthy movements, healthy diet and setting doctor appointments.
• Observes and reports changes in the client’s mental, physical, and emotional condition or home situation to Nursing Supervisor
