Are you looking for meaningful work where you can serve others and be part of a compassionate team? Stuarts Draft Retirement Community is hiring a Dietary Aide to support our residents through nutritious meals, kind service, and a clean, welcoming dining environment.

$15 hourly

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with meal prep and plating according to menus and dietary requirements
• Serve meals to residents in a courteous, respectful manner
• Clean and sanitize dishes, kitchen surfaces, and dining areas
• Help maintain proper food storage and inventory
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including infection control
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal service

What We’re Looking For:

• A heart for seniors and a service-minded attitude
• Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team
• Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
• Dependability, cleanliness, and a willingness to learn
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
