Data Analyst
Job Title: Data Analyst
Location-Type: Remote (flexible to timezones, preferably not PST)

Compensation Range: $70,000–$95,000 annually
Job Description:
Support data migration, validation, and analysis efforts for the client's justice software implementation projects while helping ensure accurate, reliable outcomes for customer data conversions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Gather, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources

Modify, convert, and load data using SQL, Excel, and internal tools
-
Identify data issues, root causes, and downstream workflow impacts
-
Create dashboards, reports, and summaries to communicate findings
-
Write Jira tickets to document defects and required development work
-
Partner with implementation, support, and account management teams to resolve customer data issues
-
Make recommendations to software engineering teams for long-term data fixes
-
Support customer-facing conversations related to data issues as needed
-
Contribute to continuous improvement of data quality and migration processes
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
Strong SQL skills, including writing queries and scripts
-
Experience working with relational database/table structures
-
Ability to investigate messy customer data, identify root issues, and resolve them

Prior data migration and software implementation experience

Experience with justice software implementation, including court, attorney, and jury case management systems
-
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros
-
Experience with data validation, cleansing, and maintaining data integrity
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Customer-facing experience and ability to handle challenging situations professionally

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

USC or Green Card work authorization

Java experience

T-SQL or MySQL experience

PowerShell or similar scripting experience

Knowledge of court or case management systems beyond core implementation work
