Executive Assistant to COO

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage the COO’s calendar, coordinating meetings and priorities with senior executives, clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate comprehensive domestic travel arrangements, ensuring smooth logistics, detailed itineraries, and efficient scheduling.
- Prepare, review, and edit executive correspondence, briefing materials, and presentations with keen attention to detail and tone, including board meeting materials.
- Act as a trusted liaison for executive communications, handling sensitive interactions with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
- Maintain a strong understanding of organizational initiatives and leadership priorities to support executive decision-making and strategic goals.
- Process, reconcile, and track expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Demonstrate advanced technical proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, with the ability to create polished, executive-level presentations and produce consistently accurate, detail-oriented work.
- Anticipate needs, proactively identify solutions, and adapt quickly to shifting demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate across the administrative support team to provide additional assistance and contribute to broader organizational objectives when needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- Support experience. You have at least eight years of progressive EA experience supporting C-level executives, with proven expertise in calendar management, travel booking, and expense reporting. Candidates with Capitol Hill experience are encouraged to apply!

The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
