Job Summary:
Bechtel is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to support strategic hiring initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will identify and engage top-tier passive candidates for mid-level and senior positions, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong pipelines aligned with business needs.

Major Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for leadership and professional roles.
- Utilize social media, job boards, professional networks, and sourcing tools to identify and engage passive talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with talent communities and external partners to support long-term hiring goals.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor sourcing efforts accordingly.
- Participate in intake meetings and provide market intelligence on candidate availability and competitive trends.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and ensure smooth handoff to recruiters.
- Represent Bechtel’s employer brand and value proposition in candidate interactions.
- Maintain accurate tracking of sourcing activities and candidate progress using CRM/ATS platforms.
- Share pipeline insights and sourcing metrics with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders.
- Proactively source hard-to-find talent in competitive markets to reduce time-to-fill.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field, plus 5 years of relevant experience; or 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, preferably for mid-to-senior level roles.
- Expertise in sourcing tools, search techniques, and CRM/ATS systems.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with SuccessFactors or similar ATS platforms.
- Experience sourcing talent in EPC or similar industries is preferred.
- Background in RPO or agency recruiting environments.
- Professional certifications such as CIR, ACIR, CSSR, or LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter.
